Yeah I don't think so either. I think someone will die trying to get revenge for another death or something like that. And I refuse to read ahead, I like trying to guess whats gonna happen, and I kinda like the shock, lol. When I read HPB for the first time almost the entire time I had to put my hand over the next page and below what I was reading because without thinking my eyes would wonder, lol. My mom was like "what are you doing?" "Protecting myself"

yep me too with not reading ahead thing. Even looking at the chapter titles give away too much like "The White Tomb and Phoenix Lament" or "The Four Champions".

yeah, I get tempted with that too. When I first get it, I always just flip the book open to some random page and just read a line or two, then I go "What am I doing?! CLOSE!" And it always take me a minute to start reading it. This one will be mega hard, because its the last one. I'll prolly just stare at it for a few minutes, lol

gasp. i just realized something terrible. if JKR says who marries who etc, than those will become cannon. which means all the RP forums will have to say non-cannon on everything. nooooo. how terrible.
but i can not wait. =] I am also going to see the movie in theaters, and then as soon as i get home see it in IMAX. hah. yesssssss.
we are buying two copies of the book for the 1st time because my brother and i will not be able to share. =]

I agree. I couldn't go straight to the end no matter how much I'm looking forward to it. That would spoil the enjoyment of reading the book and I wouldn't be able to feel that again because it's the last one.

Canon means officially related to the proper storyline. Something non-canon does not fit in with the real timeline and plot and is often just a spin-off.

To both bits. xD And also, neither Ron/Hermione or Harry/Hermione are canon at this moment in time, however much some people would like to believe. xP

true that. only things canon are what has actually happened and is confirmed and after this book, many people with have to only write non-canon fanfiction. I just can't see J.K. putting Draco and Hermione together, however interesting it is. but then again, I love surprises... I do look forward to being surprised one lst time. I'm not sure which face to make...?! and Hi everybody!
