Whoa. I never thought of that. Harry obviously needs it to be.... I think that I don't know. Maybe they will allow certain 15 or 16 year olds to do it.

When you say Harry needs the restriction to be lifted, you're talking about how he needs to protect himself ya?
Hmm...never thought of this really...maybe only for him? But that would be unfair...but then, these are special circumstances...sooo...argh...
When is the 6th book supposed to be out anyway?

Yeah thats what I meant. They need more responsible wizards and witches. Maybe they could pass some sort of interview deal and be allowed to do magic.
I think the 6th is next year or early 05. But I have no idea. hmmm.... why did I post then? ah well.

There are loop-holes in the law. It allows for under-age stuff, if there's a legit threat.
Harry will be fine, whenever he uses magic at the right time.

I don't think Harry will brake any rules now, he could be expelled from Hogwarts, would be too much now... ;D

But now that LV's back, and Harry's the only one who can defeat him, there's no way he can be expelled- whether he breaks the rules or not. Dumbledore wouldn't allow it! Don't you think?

i think they covered it by saying that they can us magic, only if they are in mortal danger
and if it is lefted then my god all them kids going around doing magic when ever they wanted. That would be maddness

The ministry doesn't know the prophecy, unless Dumbledore tells them. How can they know that he is the only one able to defeat LV? Even then, like you said, they would be able to do magic in mortal danger. Harry's almost 17 anyway, though.

right so he just has to rember to control his temper and all.
Because i am not sure how much more DD can keep getting him out of truble.

ya but powerful or not he can only do it for so long.
but Harry is almost of age so if he can just control his temper until then he will be fine.

Cool. Pretty soon Harry can go about, cursing anyone he chooses. J/K ;D
I don't think thing would be easier on Harry if the restriction was lifted (it won't be. That's a fact.), or when he comes of age. He'll always be the center of controversy.
