load of tosh, okay so there may be an explanation but are you tellin me that Harry could get mown down by the Hogwarts Express, get his head cut off and be scraped along the track like Jam and still live coz Voldemort has to kill him....

i have a question!!!!!!
So in the prophecy it says that one of them has to destroy the other....then why is everyone sayin they are "both" going to die...because in the prophecy it says "EITHER" which to me mean "ONE or the OTHER" not both...

i'm still standing by my opinion, they both have to die. yes the prophecy says either but if one is living, then the other one is around as well. i personally believe that both Harry and Voldemort have to die in the end

yea i get what people think i just don't know how they came to that conclusion...i've read the books...i've never read them and thought they would both kick the bucket, but i guess I'm putting to much into the prophecy which uses words like "either" and "neither" and "other"...i just never got "both" out of that...i was just wondering how people came to think that or if it was a just a guess...
