Deahtly Hallows will be TWO movies!

It's official. the DH movie will be split in two, and Davids yates (OotP director) is directing it.
I LOVE the idea. I think they last book is too epic to not be 2 movies, at least in the aspect of getting all the information across, which desperately needs to be done finally.

I can see why they're doing this. I mean, for the other movies they could cut out the things that were less important, but in DH everything is important. On the other hand, I'm not too sure about how well it would work in two parts... the first thing I'd like to know is what they'll be called?

yeah the names..I dont know. But I think a really good point to end the first one will be when ron destroys the locket...I think. Or right around there. I need to reread the book ...

i LOVE this idea. that way the movie will be right with the book. i'm glad they're doing this. i wonder about the titles though.

I can't watch the movies anymore...they stress me out....instead of enjoying the movie i am always comparing it to the book. I can't help it...the whole time i'm thinking, "that didn't happen" and "They didn't say that someone else did," and "UGH! Why isn't the fountain coming alive in Order of the pheonix.."...so sad

you make a good point Mary. i do that too when i first see the movie and then when i get on on DVD i just ignore it. there's no going and changing it. it's just sad that they leave out some great stuff, but then you can't have everything.

its such a sick idea puttin the movie into 2 parts... its jus gunna make ppl want to see the 2nd part even more if the first part is good! how far apart will they be showed??
