[black]So, we think we know what most of the Horcrux's are.The ring,the diary ,the goblets, the neckles, the sword, Nagini, and we even think Voldemort is one. All of those
are great choices, but i think we missed one. I think that the Sorcerer's Stone is one. Ever thought of that? It had a HUGE part in SS/PH and a background part of the others up to GoF. It held
Voldemort back from gaining power, which actually helped Harry TONS in the Graveyard because he had time to get more powerful before Voldemort came back. The Sorcerer's Stone has had a major role
in the Harry Potter series. It says [in SS/PH] that Voldemort never got it and that Nicholas Flemel didn't want it to get into the wrong hands. What is Nicholas Flemel was oncea Death Eater and
knew what Voldemort could do so he invented the Stone to protect himself. Then when he found out that the Stone was even more of a threat, he destroyed it. The Stone was in the bank the whole
time, and Goblins can choose which side they're on! It makes that clear in GOF! So what if one of the Goblins was a Death Eater and gave the stone to Voldemort before he lost his power, and Voldemort made that, the Stone, a Horcrux.
Then The Order stole it back just after he did. That would mean that at least 3 of the Horcruxes are destroyed; The ring, the Diary, and the Stone. That would make the final battle between Harry and Voldemort
so much easier for Harry. It sounds very convoluted and difficult but, really, has any of J.K. Rowling's work been easy so far? My answer is 'no'. So that's why I think the Sorcerer's Stone is The
Overlooked Horcrux.[/black]




What do you guys think? I wouldn't say it's 100% over with. i might think of something else and add it. I'll tell you if i do.

when was it decided that Harry was a Horcrux...i mean hasn't voldemort tried to kill Harry numerous times...wouldn't that mean that he was trying to destroy one of his own horcruxes...the very thing that keeps him alive...when he has gone through sooo much to protect the others...it just doesn't make alot of sense...now the stone theory is reasonable...but i think we will be introduced to more objects. i don't JKR would give us all the horcruxes....i think she may have some new stories about other objects the Voldemort stole in his younger years..

I agree with Mary on this one.
But it was a very good point supported by many ideas, i just don't think there is enough proof to get me to believe it.

on harry, i just took that from some other theories ive seen. that why i put Harry in there. i know he isnt but oh well. i see what you mean but no one has really considered the stone and i thought there was enough things behind it to give it the possability. im not sure that it is one but its a theory so i decided to put it up there.

i told u that its a theory i heard so i put it up there! i aggree with you but ITS A THEORY OF OTHER PEOPLE! so i decided to put it up there! im gonna take him off that list right now!

i think the stone theory is a little far fetched but hey anything could happen

oh on harry being a horecrux, the idea is genious, think about it, even though he would destroy part of himself he would be getting rid of the one person who could stop him

now on that note i think harry will die, and that neville, yes neville will destroy voltemort i mean it could have been him who was chosen in stead of harry is seems resonalble

i aggree on Neville destroying Voldy but Harry's gotta live. really. but after VERY recently re-reading HBP, HArry as a Horcrux, is out of the question.

Well for me the horcruxes in the books are the ring, the diary, the cup from Hufflepuff, the snake Nagini, Harry Potter, the gryffindor talking hat, and something with Ravenclaw

the hat i'm not sure on, after all it's got powers so maybe it wouldn't but it would be well protected after all

I think the stone being a Horcrux is rather far-fetched as it was destroyed and Dumbledore told Harry of all the Horcruxes he had found and I don't see why he wouldn't have told Harry that the stone was one.

dont u think that the basalisk was a horcrux aswell cause when it was killed voldy(lol) was weaker and needed more time to get stronger

It was the Diary that was destroyed at exactly the same time and that was Horcrux so that's why Voldemort got weaker.

yeah, the basilk has nothing to do with it.............but you know there are so many possiblitys but ed why do you think harry being a horocrux is out of the idea?

i think harry probably couldn't be one b/c well Voldemort is trying to kill him and his mom did die for him so there was that protection so he couldn't of been able to do it
